Whether you've never picked up a golf club before or you're a seasoned player, R&B & Golf is designed to be welcoming, social, and fun. This isn't a tournament or a high-pressure golf clinic—it's an opportunity to learn, meet incredible people, and enjoy a soundtrack of timeless R&B while spending the afternoon outdoors.
Throughout the event, guests will rotate between the driving range and putting green with guidance from professional golf instructors, all while DJ Heartbreak provides the soundtrack from start to finish.
If you've been looking for an excuse to learn golf—or simply meet other great people in the East Bay—this is it.

BEGINNERS ARE ENCOURAGED
You do not need golf experience to attend.
In fact, most of our attendees are either brand new to golf or have only played a handful of times.
Professional instructors will guide you through the fundamentals in a relaxed, supportive environment while experienced golfers are free to enjoy the facilities and connect with others who share their passion for the game.
The goal isn't to shoot a low score.
The goal is to have a great afternoon.
DRESS CODE
Proper golf attire is required by Diablo Creek Golf Course.
Acceptable attire includes:
• Collared shirts or golf-appropriate tops
• Golf pants, slacks, skirts, or tailored shorts
• Golf shoes, athletic shoes, or soft-spike footwear
Not permitted:
• Denim or jeans
• Athletic gym shorts
• Tank tops or undershirts
• Open-toed shoes, sandals, or slides
Guests arriving out of dress code may not be permitted to participate. Refunds will not be issued for dress code violations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Golf club rentals are included with every ticket.
• Left-handed golfers should contact us via Eventbrite or Instagram before the event so we can reserve the appropriate clubs.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted.
• Event activities and schedule are subject to minor adjustments.
• All sales are final unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
