Starting this October, we’re kicking off Ramen Pop-Ups every first Tuesday of the month at The Proletariat!
This month’s featured bowl is Southwest Chicken Ramen: a rich, flavorful twist with a little Texas flair. Chef Blaine of Noodle ILL’e’GAL will be slanging bowls all night, and we’re pairing it with a flight of sakes for the ultimate experience.
