Ramekins + Serving Plates: Blacksmithing Level 1
About this Event
This introductory one day workshop explores creating texture in hot steel. We provide a set of steel discs, squares and or rectangles. You experiment with hammering textures into the surfaces and then form the flat pieces into small sauce dipping ramekins and serving plates.
This is one day course. Class runs from 9am-5pm.
All materials, safety equipment, coffee and tea will be provided. Lunch is available in town / an indoor lunch area with a microwave and fridge is provided on site if you bring your own food. Please wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
