Join the Rothsay Ramblers for a Taster Walk 🎉👉 The walk will be approximately 3 miles long and taken at a leisurely pace.
👉We will meet at Mowsbury Park (previously Bedford Park) at 10.15am with a view to begin walking at 10.30am.
👉 Perfect for those looking to ease into walking or simply enjoy a relaxed outing.
We’ll share more details, including the meeting point details and any other relevant information once everything is confirmed. Keep an eye out for updates!

☝️We will meet at the Kimbolton Road car park at Mowsbury Park at 10.15 and the walk leader, Bill, will give a brief introduction before we start walking at 10.30. We would expect to be back around 12.00, but we will walk at a pace comfortable to everyone.
👉 Our route goes around the park and into Putnoe Woods, then along the bridleway, through the golf club and then to the Oldways Road. There will be a brief stretch beside the road, but there is a wide even verge to walk along.
We will then walk back up to Mowsbury hill fort, along a long gentle incline. Then back down the hill past the golf club car park.
👉 Sorry, no dogs, and although the route is planned with safety in mind, walkers are responsible for their own wellbeing.
