Ramadan Pilates - Free Social by ARF

Ramadan is about community, reflection, and taking care of our spiritual and physical selves. This year, The Pilates Clubinvites you to join us for a peaceful 30-minute Pilates flow to energize the body before we walk together for Taraweeh prayers. 🕊️

This is a FREE community event designed for us to move, connect, and support one another during this holy month.

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: A gentle, guided Pilates flow to stretch and strengthen. 🧘‍♀️
• 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM: A 10-minute walk to Leeds Grand Mosque. 🕌
• • Pro-tip: There are plenty of lovely cafes on the route if you fancy a quick chai or a snack before prayers begin! ☕️🥐
• 8:00 PM: Taraweeh prayers begin with Isha namaz.

• Peer-Led Movement: This is a community social, not a professional fitness class. You acknowledge that we are participating together as a group of enthusiasts and the host is not a certified instructor or medical professional. 🤝
• Come as You Are (But Injury-Free!): To ensure everyone’s safety, please only join if you are in good health and free from injuries. By attending, you confirm you are fit to participate and do so at your own risk. 🩺🛑
• Liability: The Pilates Club and The Girly Scene are not liable for any injuries or loss of property during the Pilates session or the walk to the mosque.
• Listen to Your Body: Especially while fasting! Please take the session at your own pace. 🌙

• Location: The exact meeting point for the Pilates session will be emailed to you after booking. 💌
• Facilities: Washrooms are available on-site. 🚿
• Parking: Plenty of street parking is available nearby. 🚗🅿️

• Your yoga/Pilates mat.
• A water bottle for after maghrib.
• Your prayer essentials for the mosque.
