Established in 2019, the mission of FRST Midwest is to provide educational programs, to promote healthy development following stress and critical incidents experienced by first responders and their families including collaboration with culturally competent mental health professionals.

FRST Midwest is here to help first responders and their significant other or spouses heal from the debilitating impact of critical incident stress through their training, consultations, and outreach.
