This will be a 45-minute flow intended to get us attuned to our energetic body, then a smoke break before getting comfy for a deeper version of savasana known in the woo-woo world as breathwork. Your instructor for this event is Jessie Kueser (aka "the fidgety skeptic"). What we do on the mat should reflect how we want to be able to when we're off the mat too. Breathwork is intended for meditation and introspection. You will be guided through different breathing styles to promote a transformative breakthrough, but it's also ok if all you do is pause to breathe.
Bring your mat (we do have a few loaners, if needed) and let’s drink some tea, smoke, stretch, and breathe together!
Included in this event is a pre-roll, drink station, and snacks.
