"The Public Service Commission of West Virginia (PSC) has set a date for a public hearing as West Virginia-based utility Hope Gas seeks to increase its rates by more than 40%.According to a release by the PSC, the public hearing regarding the rate hike is set to be held at 6 p.m. on Nov. 3 at the PSC headquarters at 201 Brooks St. in Charleston"
