Raising Emotionally Smart Kids: A 3-Hour Workshop on Parenting with Emotional Intelligence
Do you find yourself wondering when will they ever listen to me? Why do I have to shout so much? Are they ever going to get any easier, is this my life now?
Have you tried parenting books, time out, ignoring the bad and rewarding the good? I’ve been there. Mother to five children, two of which are stepchildren. I too tried so many tactics and then I realized the only person I’m in control of is me.
I will help you understand your children’s behavior and why they react the way they do in certain situations, including the anxious feelings that are sometimes experienced by our kiddos!
Imagine having some techniques and strategies that will engage your child first thing in the morning, so that you can get to school on time without any shouting. This will improve your relationships at home and at work and because your relationships are improving your sense of safety and security is increasing. Your friends, colleagues and other family will be admiring you as you now have some systems in place creating a nurturing environment for your children.

Diagrams to explain behaviors, some hands-on calming techniques and lots of strategies to engage a child through play.
Who is Claudia?
Claudia Rickard is a speaker and uuthor was born in the U.K in 1969 and moved to North Carolina in 2019.
She is an Emotional Intelligence Development Specialist, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Nightingale Memory Consultant, Goulding Sleep Talk® Consultant, Master NLP Practitioner, Advanced BLAST Technique® Practitioner and a Certified Havening® Practitioner, IEMT Practitioner and Certified Life Coach.
She uses these techniques as well as EFT and Kinetic Shift in her practice and gives strategies for her clients to build their own inner resources and release old,unwanted feelings.
Claudia is passionate about helping improve quality of life for not only her clients but for anyone who wants to create change in their lives.
