In thisinteractive workshop, parents and caregivers will learn how to recognize theimportant differences between tantrums and meltdowns. We’ll explore what drivesthese behaviors, how to avoid and manage tantrums and meltdowns in the moment,and how to build resilience in children. This session offers practical tools toempower both you and your child in moments of emotional intensity. Light refreshments will be served.
