Raising an Intuitive Eater Book Discussion3rd Wednesdays*, January - June | 12:30 PM
Sean Brown, Executive Director of Hello Life, will lead discussions of How to Raise an Intuitive Eater: Raising the Next Generation with Food and Body Confidence by Sumner Brooks and Amee Severson. Each monthly discussion will tackle a different section of the book, which is divided into five parts aimed toward parents who want to prevent disordered eating. Sign up at the Library; a limited number of free copies will be available for participants, thanks to Hello Life. Digital copies may also be available via Libby.
