Info: Learn the ins and outs of audience segmentation and start building lists tailored to your biz. We’ll cover why segmentation matters, lists vs tags vs segments, behavior-based triggers, versioning, lifecycle stages, and how to create meaningful segments within your audience. In 1-on-`1 breakouts and hands-on work time, you’ll map segments within your program to key campaigns or flow messages you’ll send.
