On October 6th, during Ready to Respond Training Week with the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation, I’ll be hosting a community event at Graymonk Estate Winery to raise awareness about sudden cardiac arrest and empower people with the simple skills that can save a life.

As a sudden cardiac arrest survivor, I know how critical immediate action can be—and I want to help make sure more people feel confident to step in.
