Join Wood Buffalo Pride for an Inclusivity Workshop for any community members or professionals interested in becoming Rainbow Space Certified!

Rainbow Space Individual Certification is a credential for individuals in the RMWB to highlight their commitment to 2SLGBTQIA+-inclusivity and allyship within their professional and personal life. This certification program prepares individual community members and professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to be inclusive leaders and advocates for equity within their workplace and/or community roles. This certification is an excellent resource for individuals seeking professional development, continuing education credentials, and tangible allyship goals.

Where: In the Conference Room at the Redpoll Centre, 2nd level of SMS Equipment Place - West Entrance, 1 C.A. Knight Way

Schedule:

9:00am-11:30pm - Workshop Part 1

11:30pm-12:30pm - Lunch (participants are welcome to bring their own lunch or step out for lunch - Mac Island has a variety of food vendors)

12:30pm-2:30pm - Workshop Part 2

2:30pm-3:00pm - Assessment

Registration is free to attend the workshop for community-based education.

If you would like to receive Rainbow Space Certification after completing the workshop the cost is:

$100 + GST / certification - valid for 3 years

$50 + GST / certification (student rate) - valid for 3 years
