Waking up the cells and getting the body moving for a groovy day!
Come dressed as a rainbow or your favourite colour and celebrate our rainbow country in a rainbow way.
🌞 WHAT TO EXPECT 🌞
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
