Enjoy an interesting, fun and informative day out for railfans and photographers! Our first train departs East Troy at 10am, and the last regularly scheduled train leaves at 3pm. Tickets are good all day, so you can ride different equipment throughout the day, subject to availability.
Bring your camera and bring your friends!
Railfan Day activities include:
➡️ ETRM will operate a mix of its equipment, creating the opportunity to see and photograph trains, including rare interurbans and trolleys only brought out of the barn a few times a year.
➡️ Rare interurban equipment not normally seen by the public on display in East Troy and at the Elegant Farmer.
➡️ A different train runs every hour!
➡️ A special "Behind the Scenes" tour of our Maintenance Facility - available on arrival at the Elegant Farmer (except 3pm train).
➡️ Rail "speeder" rides available at the Elegant Farmer ($5 fee).
➡️ Free popcorn available in the Depot.
➡️ A working Model Train Display.
➡️ Free parking and picnic tables available at the East Troy Depot.

* Riders who have purchased a regular ticket through Etix BEFORE August 22nd will be given preference if space becomes limited
