RIDE OUT - 10.00am
LENGTH OF RIDE - 20 km - 4 1/2 Hours TBC - including lunch stop
TERRAIN - Beautiful Hume Weir Views - Flat, Undulating. Lovely Rail Trail. Great opportunity for newcomers, green horses or riders.
RIDER SUITABILITY - Everyone
SPEED OF RIDE - WALK and Trot (trot if people want to, can safely separate the group).
SHOES/BOOTS REQUIRED - - to be confirmed - Mainly soft dirt tracks and rail trail bitumen so barefoot would be okay if horse is use to it.
LUNCH - Bring a pack lunch and water on ride.
DIRECTIONS - Travel along the Murray Valley Highway and turn into Tallangatta into Towong Street. Turn left into Weramu Street to enter the Show Grounds.
PARKING - to be confirmed at the Tallangatta Show Grounds.
COST - $10 Ride fee to non OVHRA Members (+ ATHRA Day
Membership fee of $20 if not an ATHRA Member)

It is recommended that a halter, lead & drink is carried on all OVHRA Rides.
