About this Event

Get ready to enhance your food safety skills at the Rahway ServSafe Manager Certificate Course - Spanish Edition! This in-person event will provide you with the knowledge and certification needed to excel in the food service industry.

This course is presented by the City of Rahway Department of Health. The course is a two part course, consisting of 10 training hours and a 2 hour exam. The first part will be August 10 from 9:00am - 3:00pm and the second part and Exam will be August 17 from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Both dates are required. There will be a 30-minute break for lunch. Please plan to bring your own lunch.

Each participant will receive a food handler guide and a certificate of completion. In order to receive the ServSafe Manager Certification, you must pass the required exam with a minimum score of 70%.

Space is limited and reserved on a 'first come, first served' basis. This event requires at least 5 participants to proceed and is subject to cancellation if this minimum is not met.
