Join us as we welcome Raghunath back to the studio forAsana, Chanting and Yoga wisdom through sacred story.
Raghunath is an international teacher of yoga asana and Vedic philosophy. He emphasizes traditional Bhakti yogic culture for improving the quality of our life and relationships. He does this using flowing, and sometimes challenging asana sequencing, sacred stories, meditational practices, kirtan and breath.
All this is woven together to upgrade our personal practice and personal lives.
Enthusiastic students and teachers of all levels will leave glowing, blissful and sweaty. Bring and open heart, yoga mat, pad/paper and pen.
