RAGBRAI Welcome Party at the Pond

Join United Way and dozens of other Dubuque non-profit organizations to welcome 25,000 RAGBRAI riders as they enter Dubuque's west end. This party will highlight Dubuque as Iowa's most philanthropic community. Feel free to wear a shirt to represent your favorite local non-profit organization. Your only job is to welcome riders and answer any questions about Dubuque and our how we take care of people in need in our wonderful community. MULTIPLE SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE, no need to stay the entire day.
