The Rag Shag Parade & Trunk or Treat is back for another year! This free community event is starts with a parade from Ludlow's Town Hall that walks to the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club. After the parade is Trunk or Treat, games, and more fun at the Club! *All youth under 15 years old must have adult supervision at all times*
