Rag Rugs – Adult Taster Session
Advertisement
Try your hand at rag rug making in this relaxed beginner taster session. In one evening, you will learn the basics of rag rug techniques and create a practical cushioned pot stand or holder.
Using fabric strips, you will design a textured pot stand that looks great and helps protect worktops and tables from hot pans and roasting dishes. This is a simple project that can be completed within the session and is ideal for anyone new to rag rug making.
Please bring along felted jumpers, favourite T-shirts or clothes that are too small or slightly damaged to reuse in your design. Materials will be available if you do not have anything suitable to bring.
NO prior experience is necessary. All equipment provided. Children over the age of 12 are welcome on a booked space with an adult.
Thursday 2 July, 7-9pm
£35 per person
