Ditch the "wellness noise" and gain clarity around all things women's health. Leave with empowerment and inspiration for your well-being!
About this Event

Join us to better understand your body, claim your natural vitality, and get crystal clear on what actually matters for your health.

Join Jacquelyn Miller, women’s functional health practitioner and founder of Rad Wellbeing, for an empowering and engaging evening of women’s health education, designed to help you feel empowered, clear and inspired.

The world of women’s health can feel incredibly noisy. Hormones. Gut health. Blood sugar. Cortisol. Protein. Perimenopause. Supplements. Nervous system regulation. The list goes on, and somehow we’re expected to figure out which pieces actually matter and how they all fit together.

This workshop is about connecting those dots.

Together, we’ll zoom out and look at the female body as the incredible, interconnected system that it is. You’ll learn how your hormones, gut microbiome, metabolism, nutrition, stress physiology and nervous system continually communicate with one another and, most importantly, what you can actually do with that information.

Whether you’re in your reproductive years, thinking about fertility, navigating perimenopause or well into menopause, this workshop is for you.

Together we’ll explore:

Women’s hormones throughout the lifespan, from our reproductive years and fertility through perimenopause and menopause

Gut and microbiome health and its far-reaching relationship with hormones, immunity, inflammation, metabolism and whole-body health

Metabolism and blood sugar, including why metabolic health is about so much more than weight

Women’s nutrition and the foundational ways we can nourish our bodies for energy, resilience and long-term health

The nervous system and stress physiology and why these belong in nearly every conversation about women’s health

The simple, high-impact practices that matter most for feeling your best and building sustainable health

Women’s wellness myths, fads and trends; what’s worth your energy and what you can happily leave behind

Functional wellness and testing, including what “functional” and “holistic” actually mean and what personalized testing can reveal about your unique body

Above all, we’ll cut through the noise of the wellness space and get crystal clear on how to build lasting health in any chapter of life.

The Experience

We’ll begin our evening with a short guided meditation to ground the body, arrive in the space and open the mind before moving into engaging women’s health education.

There will be time for an open Q&A, so bring your questions, gals! This is your opportunity to ask about the topics you’ve been curious about and learn alongside a community of other women.

We’ll end our time together with a short, nourishing sound bath; a sweet opportunity to step out of information mode, return to the body and allow everything you’ve learned to settle in.

You’ll leave feeling inspired, clear and empowered, with a deeper understanding of your body and tangible tools you can begin putting into practice right away.

No social media reels. No fear-based wellness. No complicated routines.

Just thoughtful education and the calm confidence that comes from understanding your body and knowing how to support it.

Come fill your cup. Your body is worth understanding.
