Radical Resilience: Leading Through Growth, Change, and Uncertainty

2025 feels like a “who-the-hell-knows-what-to-expect” kind of year, ya'll. Resilience is no longer an option.

Join us on Monday, January 13th, 2025 from 10am-4pm at Ivy Hall (1127 S. St Mary’s St., San Antonio, TX) for our inaugural (and first in a series) leadership workshop, Radical Resilience.

In this workshop, we’ll challenge typical definitions of leadership, push comfort zones, and request emotional risk-taking- because resilience (and great leadership) develop from the inside out. This event is for business owners, operators, leaders, and managers who see their work as a creative and collaborative act of service to their customers, their employees, and above all, themselves.

If authenticity, vulnerability, and facing your shadow are not your vibe, Radical Resilience may not be for you.

We’re looking for a small group willing and interested in digging deep. We’ll create a safe, supportive container to help you shed triggers, build self-compassion, and strengthen your resolve to advance even in the midst of chaos.

Enjoy a plant-based lunch from Tim the Girl Catering as we grow together. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and something to write with.

Registration fee is offered on a sliding scale for business owners, operators, managers, and supervisors. We are passionate about providing quality content affordably while also supporting our facilitators, employees, and vendors fairly for their work. Your support is appreciated!

Our "minimum investment" tier is intended for struggling entrepreneurs and owners with a modest development budget to help them register as many members of their leadership teams as possible. If your business can reasonably be considered not in a state of struggling, please consider purchasing our "collaborator" tier ticket. If your business can reasonably be considered thriving, please consider purchasing at the "support" tier.
