This 60-minute floor yoga session focuses on releasing stress from the body, giving special attention and care to joint mobility and muscle tightness. Use a combo of breathwork, somatics, and yoga to explore what you’re holding in your body and how you can most effectively release it.
This is a stellar class for ongoing self care and a great gateway to developing a kinder, more nurturing relationship with both your body and mind. Think gentle yoga with a deep dive into your own personal fields of awareness. All sessions are beginner friendly and community inclusive.

This event occurs regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month and is a free offering courtesy of Honeycomb Arts and Wellness Collective.
