Can we really find happiness in more and more distraction, and having lots of stuff? Buddhism tells us that this won’t work – but that there is a deeper, more stable happiness to be found, if we look in the right place.
This 6-week introduction to Buddhism and meditation course will run on Sunday evenings, 6.15pm – 8.45pm, 12th October to Sunday 16th November.
