The Facilitator

Thi is a Clarity Breathwork facilitator, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, and ceremony and healing space guide. Originally from the U.S. with deep roots in Asia, she leads workshops at the Yoga Barn in Bali, Hong Kong, and online, offering group classes, retreats, and one-on-one sessions.

After over a decade of working in the corporate sector, Thi’s own journey of healing from childhood and intergenerational trauma led her to pursue a path in the healing arts. She is dedicated to guiding others through profound healing and transformation.

Rooted in Somatic Experiencing, her work is deeply trauma-informed, honoring the body’s innate capacity to process and release stored experiences. She helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move through emotional blockages with gentleness and awareness.

Known for her compassionate and integrative approach, she weaves together breathwork, somatic experiencing, and intuitive and shamanic practices to meet each person where they are. She creates a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their inner worlds, process past wounds, and reconnect with their wholeness. A passionate advocate of self-love, Thi empowers others to turn inward—trusting that the answers they seek have always been within them.
