Radiant Embodiment is an uplifting 8-week journey for women ready to deepen their relationship with themselves through the wisdom of the body.

This is an 8-week series that will meet Sundays from 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Oct. 19 through Dec. 7, 2025.

Rooted in The Body Positive model, this experiential workshop offers a nurturing space to explore body image, self-care, and inner healing with curiosity and compassion.

Together, we’ll engage in guided reflections, heartfelt conversations, and gentle mindfulness practices to help you reclaim your health, trust your intuition, and embrace the beauty of your unique story.

You’ll learn practical tools to let go of shame-based narratives and cultivate lasting body confidence—from the inside out.

Bring a journal and your full self—no props or prior experience needed.
