We’ll reflect on what’s keeping us stuck and begin identifying the cages we live in.

We’ll discover the keys to unlocking our truest selves and reclaiming our power.

Together, we’ll celebrate what it means to live freely and boldly as women who are fully ourselves.

Joy Schulz is an Wholistic Life Coach specializing in helping women who feel buried alive in their lives to decondition from all the “should” and “I’m not enough” beliefs and come home to their authentic core, recognize their innate wholeness, and claim their power. Working together with her clients, Joy supports them as they gain the awareness and tools to make the often times radical, holistic changes that will unearth their inner joy and help them create their dream life. While this may sound scary, Joy provides a safe harbor for her clients to start wherever they at and take things at their pace until they feel ready to sail off fully equipped!
Drawing from her personal experience of deprogramming from the cult of fundamentalist Christianity and the many masks to hide her neuro-spicy brain, Joy has spent over a decade healing and reconnecting with her own deep spirituality. Now, she shares her hard-earned wisdom with others, helping them find the joy, freedom, and authenticity they deserve.
