Join us at Rescue Yoga for a beautiful candlelit evening inspired by the energy of the full moon—a time for reflection, gratitude, release, and renewal.
🧘♀️ Kristi will begin the evening with a gentle, prop-supported Restorative Yoga practice designed to release tension, open the heart, and help your body settle into deep relaxation.
🎶 Then, get cozy and drift into stillness as Ray fills the room with the soothing vibrations of tuned crystal singing bowls.
🍵 We’ll close the evening with warm herbal tea, connection, and a little time to reflect on what you’re ready to celebrate, release, and make space for.
No yoga or sound bath experience is needed—just come as you are. 💛
