If you cant dance for the whole time, you can take it at your own space and rest.

BIOGRAPHY
Michelle Mahrer is an embodiment mentor, 5Rhythms dance teacher, dance therapist and an award winning film maker. She is passionate about the healing and transformative power of dance and has dedicated her life to embodiment as a healing art, as a participant, a dance facilitator and a film maker. She has been leading dance classes, workshops & retreats in Sydney, Melbourne & internationally for the past 25 years and is one of the pioneers of Conscious Dance in Australia cocreating the first conscious dance in Melbourne with Liat Lev in 2000. She is the director of Radiance Dance 5Rhythms a vibrant dance community in Sydney which has been running for 15 years. Michelle offers classes, workshops, womens retreats, and 1:1 dance movement therapy sessions. Michelle had the privilege of learning and working closely with Gabrielle Roth the founder of 5rhythms dance. Gabrielle invited her to direct all her teaching videos. She has made numerous award winning films about dance including "Dances of Ecstasy" a sensory journey into the world of trance and ecstasy experienced through dance and rhythm which features Gabrielle Roth. Michelle is also featured in international best seller book called Warriors of Light where she authored a chapter about her work with dance.
