Whether you have no prior grant writing experience or you are looking to refresh your skills, this foundational grant writing session is ideal for artists, arts workers and arts and cultural organisations seeking to apply to Gladstone Regional Council's Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) program. This workshop will cover:
Is my project eligible and competitive?
Key ingredients of a successful grant application
Tips for writing to the assessment criteria
How to prepare compelling support material
Demonstrating viability with a strong project budget (including a step-by-step budgeting activity).
Registrations are essential. Participants will be provided with a copy of the workshop budgeting activity in advance and are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet to the session (paper copies will also be available).
