Rackliffe House Celebrates America’s 250thJoin us for a memorable afternoon as we gather at the historic Atlantic Hotel on June 4 at 3:00 PM for Rackliffe House’s Liberty Tea Party.
Enjoy a traditional tea service featuring assorted loose-leaf tea selections, a starter course, and an array of sweet and savory bites inspired by the Atlantic Hotel’s beloved Tea at Three experience.
Immerse yourself in history with a special presentation by Dr. G. Ray Thompson, “Tea Parties and the American Revolution,” exploring the spirit of resistance and the role our region played in shaping the path to independence.
The afternoon also includes entertainment from cast members of the Community Players of Salisbury’s production of 1776, bringing the spirit of the American Revolution to life through music and performance.
Guests will receive a take-home gift, and each ticket includes entry into a drawing for a complimentary night at the Atlantic Hotel.

Tickets are $75 per person. Proceeds from ticket sales benefit Rackliffe House Trust.
