Racing to Development in Atlantic City

The roadmap for Atlantic City continues to race toward development. The 143-acre Bader Field, formerly an airport, is on the verge of transforming into a racetrack with condominiums. DEEM Enterprises and its partners and founders are expected to break ground at Bader Field this year as the gears continue to shift ahead for their novel plan. The proposed development, Renaissance at Bader Field, includes a 2.44-mile track built to Formula One standards, car condos, luxury housing, shopping, dining, and more.
