Racial Equity 101 aims to provide participants with a foundational understanding of historical, institutional, structural, and individual racism in our society and systemic issues that contribute to racial inequities and disparities. This training is an essential step towards building a more equitable and inclusive society by addressing the root causes of racial disparities and promoting fairness, justice, and equality for all individuals, regardless of their racial or ethnic background.
