I love my neighborhood. A local family has been investing a tremendous amount of love and energy into reviving the offerings at South Bay Grange, the grange local to my neighborhood.
Granges were established to improve and enhance the lives of the farmers that surround them through markets, community events, and more - a staple in rural communities. A truly lovely heritage to support.
I was delighted to receive an invitation to participate in the inaugural Holiday Market at South Bay Grange this year. The organizers have brought together over 20 vendors of higher end offerings... quality items from a quality Thurston County neighborhood.
This is shaping up to be a really wonderful kick-off to the holiday season! I hope you will mark your calendars and plan to start your holiday shopping by supporting local artists, farmers, and makers.
