The library is happy to welcome Rachael Hanel on Tuesday, January 7th at 6pm in the Police Annex. She has authored more than twenty nonfiction books for children and her honors include two Junior Library Guild premier selections and two Minnesota Book Award nominations. She also wrote a memoir about being a 'gravedigger's daughter' and authored a compelling narrative on the life of Camilla Hall. This event is free and refreshments will be available."This program is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant provided by the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund."
