About this Event
Moto Anatomy University ( MAU) Boot Camp time for the Northeast.
Western Reserve MC to host the 2 day training on the short track and TT Thursday and Friday proir a RACE day Saturday night!
Go through the MAU program of on bike training , off bike mental and phsycial training throughout the 2 days to prepare you for not only your next race but if you are lining up at the 2026 AMA Amatuer Nationals. We will work on short track and TT form, talk about half mile and even classroom discussion on Mile racing.
Learn from the program that Moto Anatomys- Johnny Lewis has worked with riders like Dallas Daniels, Walker Porter, Lowe Brothers, Trevor Brunner, Chase Saathoff, etc all at a young age with proven results.
MAU will also go over bike set up, changes, tracking/ note taking and more for both the rider, mechanic/ parents- yes you are welcome to join in!
Thursday 2pm to 8:30pm - Riding and off bike training
Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm - Riding and off bike training
We then give the riders and the track crew time to prepare for the next day of racing at Western Reserve MC June 20th.
Saturday- Pre race - Track talk with all MAU riders to apply tools and habits learnt Thursday and Friday.
Cost:
$750 per rider
This program is for riders ranging from 50cc to Vets riders. The training programs will be adjusted and sessions split between ages and skills. All rider welcome if you're looking to take it to the next level.
This class is a BYOB- Bring your own Bike! yes you need to bring your own bike for this class.
We suggest running shoes, athletic clothing, yoga mat or towel for some of the off bike session/ training.
