This year’s 5K Run/Walk through Girard will be held February 1th, 2025 at 9:30am. A breakfast reception and award presentation will be held at the Girard High School cafeteria following the race.The Race To Remember began in 2013 as an event to honor those who touched our hearts and made an impact in our own lives. Even though it is held during the winter months, each race saw increased participation of more than 200 runners. It is with a renewed energy that the Girard Cross County and Track and Field Booster club bring the event back.
This upcoming event will be the 8th Annual Race to Remember, promising to be great community event enabling us all to remember and brave the cold in their memories again.
