Race: The Power Of An Illusion - A Three-Part Documenary

Viewed by millions of people, the documentary has challenged them to “scrutinize their own deep-seated beliefs about race and explore how our social divisions are not natural or inevitable, but made.”

The three-part series will be shown at the Guilford Public Library on the following Tuesday evenings from 6 PM to 8 PM:

• April 28th: “The Difference Between Us” (Episode 1 + discussion)
• May 5th: “The Story We Tell” (Episode 2 + discussion)
• May 19th: “The House We Live In” (Episode 3 + discussion)
• June 2nd: Unpacking Our Experience: Panel discussion with local experts
