Get Race Ready with Strength Training!
Join Dr. Sarah Zimmer from Boulder Sports Physiotherapy and strength coach Meg Julian from Meg J. Fitness for Race Ready Strength for Runners, an awesome in-person event designed to boost your running game and keep injuries away. Weโll focus on building power, endurance, and injury prevention so you can crush your next race feeling healthy and confident. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, each session will help you run stronger and faster. Donโt miss out on a fun, supportive environment to level up your running skills. All participants will walk away with an 8 week strength based on the exercises demosntrated in each session.
