No matter the age, no matter the place, no matter the speed, this is the “5K for Kindness” for EVERYONE. 


In Person – October 11th - 9AM Start

  • Family friendly certified and timed run/walk
  • Kids Kindness Dash for ages 3-9, 8:15 Start
  • Adoptable pets and rescued animal ambassadors
  • Free breakfast post-race

Virtual – October 9 – 11

  • Anyplace, Anywhere walk or run
