In partnership with playwright Gabriel Komisar, Globe Openstage presents the first ever production of RABIES, a brilliant new play about illness and compassion written during the pandemic times.
When Raccoon is bitten by her rabid friend, she is locked into a race against time to save herself and protect her family. Accompanied on her journey by her best friend, Skunk, she'll navigate the dangerous hierarchy of predator and prey in order to secure a future for her children.
CONTENT WARNING: This world premiere play features the illness and death of animal characters, violence, and blood. This play is not appropriate for children under the age of 15.
