R4 Workshop - Break Free From Pain
About this Event
Ready to understand your body, move with greater confidence, and stop relying only on temporary relief?
The R4 Workshop is a practical, hands-on experience built around the four stages of the R4 Method: Review, Release, Retrain and Results. You will learn guided self-release routines, improve your awareness of how your body moves, and explore practical ways to build mobility, strength and resilience.
Designed for the general public, the workshop is suitable for anyone experiencing recurring pain, stiffness or movement limitations—no prior experience is required.
How the R4 Method works
R1 — Review your source of pain
Treat the source, not only the symptoms. Review your exercise and lifestyle routine, injury history and ergonomic habits, together with postural and movement screenings of the whole body.
R2 — Release restrictions
Restore mobility before adding load. Learn self-myofascial trigger-point release, joint traction and fascia stretching using purpose-built tools and precise body positions.
R3 — Retrain body alignment
Never add load to a dysfunctional movement pattern. Retrain alignment from the feet to the neck using integrated closed-chain corrective exercise and sound biomechanics.
R4 — Build results that last
Apply the method to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, flexibility, stability, balance, agility, power and confidence in everyday movement.
