Earn While You Burn — R3 6-Week Challenge (10 Spots)

A 6-week challenge built to help you improve your health and fitness with a simple structure you can actually follow—plus an optional pathway to learn how to earn income by sharing products (no guaranteed income; results vary).


Who this is for

This is for you if you want:

  • a clear plan for the next 6 weeks (no guessing)
  • workouts + nutrition basics you can repeat
  • weekly accountability so you stay on track
  • optional support tools (products) to make consistency easier
  • the option to learn how the “earn” side works (optional)

You don’t need to be “fit already.” You just need to be willing to show up.


The Core Challenge (What Everyone Gets)
1) Training + Workouts
  • App-based workouts with a clear weekly structure
  • Simple progressions so you improve week to week
  • Saturday session (group training or guided workout) to anchor your week

2) Nutrition Basics (R3-style structure)

We use a simple food-list approach built around the R3 6-week framework:

  • Weeks 1–2: Reset (build hunger patterns + consistency)
  • Weeks 3–4: Reintroduce (learn moderation while maintaining progress)
  • Weeks 5–6: Real Life (practice balance in real situations)

You’ll learn how to create structure without feeling restricted. (No perfection required.)


3) Weekly Check-Ins + Adjustments

Every week you’ll check in so we can adjust based on what’s реально happening:

  • consistency
  • energy/hunger
  • progress trends
  • what to tweak next (without overcomplicating it)

4) Accountability + Community
  • Simple weekly goals
  • Community support + shared momentum
  • Clear guidance so you don’t get lost

Optional: Product Track (Strongly Recommended)

To get the best experience, many participants choose to add the product track as a consistency tool (not a “magic fix”).

What this means:

  • you’ll get guidance on what to use and how to use it
  • it’s designed to simplify routines and support consistency
  • not required to complete the challenge (food-first options are always included)

Optional: Earn Income While You Do It (Learn-to-Earn Track)

Some participants want more than the health reset—they want to learn how to build a small side income by sharing products they’re already using.

If you opt in, you’ll learn:

  • how to share without being weird or spammy
  • what you can and can’t say about products and income
  • how to invite people ethically and confidently

Important: There is no guaranteed income and results vary. This is optional and separate from your fitness results.
