Enjoy a grounding restorative yoga practice, supported by props to allow complete relaxation and deep rest. As you settle into each pose, enjoy targeted reflexology techniques focused on the feet, hands, or ears to encourage nervous system regulation and support overall wellbeing.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this soothing experience is accessible to all. Come as you are, and leave feeling nurtured and restored.
2 sessions will be offered for 12 recipients per session.
Saturday 11/1 @ 1:30-3:00p
Sunday 11/2 @ 1:30-3:00p
$45 per relaxer.
