Art of Problem Solving Academy in Northbrook is excited to announce our first ever Quiz Bowl event! Sign up your student today to register them for the competition. It will be a full day of fun, excitement, and teamwork!
✨ What is a Quiz Bowl? ✨
Also known as a Scholastic Bowl, a Quiz Bowl is a competitive, tournament-style event in which teams of students are asked questions across a variety of academic disciplines, including social studies, history, literature, science, math, fine arts, and more! Teams will compete head-to-head over the course of several rounds by being the first team to buzz in and answer questions correctly. The team with the most points earned across all seven rounds wins!
✨ Who can compete? ✨
Competitors must be a student in Grade 6 or above to be eligible—but no prior Quiz Bowl experience is required!
✨ How are teams formed? ✨
To keep the competition balanced and fun for everyone, competitors will be grouped into teams based on age, school, and level of prior Quiz Bowl experience.
