"Phoebe An Lee is a writer of sorts. She has written and edited for various media, such as newspapers, marketing collateral, project proposals and other corporate communications materials. Her debut middle grade martial arts fantasy novel, Quincy Zi and the Nine-Tailed Fox, is a nod to the anime and wuxia stories she loved as a child. She is an executive of the Canadian Authors Association in Toronto, holding the position of Treasurer and Programmer. She mostly lives in daydream-land but is otherwise based in Toronto, Canada."
