Quilts of Valor volunteers meet at Winslow VFW Post 8835 on the third Tuesday of each month.
This national program is dedicated to honoring service members and veterans who have been touched by war with handmade quilts created as a symbol of comfort, healing, and gratitude.
This monthly gathering brings volunteers together to continue that meaningful work in support of veterans and service members.
Bring your sewing machine and thread a for piecing. Fabric and patterns to make squares and tops are provided, as well as coffee and lunch!
