This is a free peer-education class for ACQG members. This class will be showing you how to turn candy bags into quilted zipper pouches. It will be on Saturday, November 8th at Bethel Lutheran church (where we also have Community Quilts). We expect to start at 9am and go until lunch.Supplies:
You'll need an empty candy bag, enough lining fabric and batting to cover it, and a nylon zipper for the length of the bag. If you plan to make more than one of these, also purchase some glossy iron-on vinyl. We'll have some at the class if you're unable to get some.
